Director of Treasury
About The Position
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most. This role will partner directly with our Chief Financial Officer to architect & manage practical cash flow strategies to & between the countries where we operate as we start to build traditional financial services (liquidity & remittances) from informal banking operations. Today, we operate in the US, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic, but are anticipating rapid growth both within existing operations, and new markets like Africa & South America. We're looking for an expert with international banking & FX expertise to help us think ahead as we build not only for the immediate, but with flexibility for growth.
Requirements
- Experience in international or cross-border banking; financial technology experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance, AML, and emerging market banking challenges.
- Strategic foresight & hands-on approach to cash operations & fund movement.
Responsibilities
- Establish global cash flow management & banking operations across multiple countries
- Navigate international banking systems & foreign exchange complexities
- Partner with banks & financial intermediaries, improving fund movement & access in emerging markets
- Develop scalable treasury processes to support future financial services (remittances, liquidity).
- Collaborate with global finance & FP&A teams to forecast cash requirements & optimal structure
