About The Position
The Director of Transportation Services and Business Operations provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for all university parking and transportation functions. This position is responsible for transforming and managing Parking and Transportation Services as a data-driven, customer-focused, and financially sustainable enterprise operation. The Director will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy that aligns with institutional priorities, enhances campus access, improves service delivery, and ensures long-term operational and financial sustainability. This role emphasizes analytics, accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Transportation, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in parking, transportation, operations, logistics, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, operations oversight, or program administration
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing auxiliary or enterprise operations
- Experience with data analytics, reporting systems, or performance metrics
- Experience in a higher education or complex government organizational environment
