In this role, you will own the full set of retail activation, channel programs, and commercial enablement initiatives that support our sales and field organizations. You will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between Sales, Brand, Field, and Finance, ensuring that strategies translate into programs that execute cleanly across priority accounts and retail environments. You will design activation tools, develop customer-facing materials, manage in-market assets, coordinate execution across teams, and deliver performance reporting that guides commercial decisions. You will also bring structure, rigor, and speed to a function that needs to run with discipline at scale. Your mandate is straightforward: build a commercial activation function that improves execution, increases velocity, and elevates the performance of every channel we support.
