Position Summary As the Director of Technology Sales, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic and growing sales organization, leading both the charge into new markets and the deepening of relationships with existing clients. This is a dual-focused leadership role where you'll manage two distinct but equally critical teams: net-new sales representatives ("hunters") who pursue fresh opportunities, and Account Managers ("farmers") who nurture and expand current client partnerships. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable sales funnel systems, working closely with Marketing to generate and cultivate leads, and ensuring your team is equipped to convert those leads into long-term value. Your leadership will shape the culture, performance, and trajectory of the Technology Sales Team - from hiring and training, to coaching and performance management. In this role, you'll also collaborate with Account Managers to uncover new service and sales opportunities within the existing client base, helping to drive revenue growth through strategic account development. You'll work closely with the VP of IT and IT Director, and serve as a key operational and strategic partner within the Fisher's Team.
