As a Director of Systems supporting the Five Star Painting brand, you will: Own Core Platforms: Drive performance and reliability for POS, CRM, websites, and call centers. Strategy & Roadmap: Lead system planning, release cycles, and long-term improvements. Support & Escalation: Act as the primary lead for critical system issues and resolutions. Partnerships: Collaborate with tech, vendors, and ops to drive tool adoption and optimization. Standardization: Streamline tools and processes to eliminate duplication across platforms. Data & Insights: Build dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making. Vendor Management: Manage external partners to ensure quality and aligned priorities. Training & Expertise: Provide subject-matter expertise and training to franchisees and internal teams. Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. (Required qualifications) Experience: 5+ Years: Progressive leadership in franchise or multi-location systems. Operations Tech: Expertise in managing vendor relations, system integrations, and operational workflows. Project Management: Proven track record in strategic roadmapping and cross-functional coordination. AI Savvy: Familiarity with emerging AI applications (preferred). Skills: Proven experience building relationships Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building skills. Proven leadership experience in a franchise-based or multi-unit environment. Deep expertise in system lifecycle management (POS, CRM, ERP, call center platforms, etc.). Ability to diagnose complex system issues and drive long-term solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities. A positive, adaptable attitude—and a sense of humor. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA highly preferred. Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ Years: Progressive leadership in franchise or multi-location systems.
