Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the surgical department
- Improve KPIs such as turnover times, utilization, and efficiency
- Support service line growth, especially Neuro and OB/GYN
- Oversee budgeting, spending, and supply utilization
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff
