The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact Director of Supply Chain & Distribution to lead our U.S. distribution operation in Maryland. This is a senior leadership role for someone who loves building strong teams, fixing what’s broken, scaling what works, and making operations hum. You’ll own the full flow from forecasting and inventory to pick/pack/ship while partnering across the business to support growth, delight customers, and keep our artists stocked and inspired. If you get energized by metrics, movement, people, and progress, and you want to lead in an industry that’s anything but boring, this role is for you.

Requirements

A proven supply chain / distribution leader with 10+ years of progressive experience.
Comfortable running a DC and thinking strategically about what comes next.
Strong in forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
Data-driven, systems-savvy (ERP/WMS/TMS; NetSuite a plus).
A people-first leader who sets clear standards, gives honest feedback, and builds strong benches.
Experienced in continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred).
Excited by fast-paced environments and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day distribution center operations (receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping) with a relentless focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Own forecasting and SIOP, aligning supply and demand so the right product shows up at the right time.
Drive inventory accuracy, service levels, and cost discipline—without killing momentum or culture.
Build, coach, and level-up a team of supply chain and distribution leaders.
Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and dashboards that people actually use.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean mindset strongly encouraged).
Partner closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
Scale systems, processes, and infrastructure as the business grows.
