Lead the premium experience from the front line. The Director of Suites will oversee all suite-level food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with culinary, operations, and client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hospitality in a high-profile, fast-paced venue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in large-scale venues, hotels, or premium hospitality environments
- 3+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers or department heads
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead suite-level food and beverage operations across all events
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of management teams
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Partner with culinary leadership to execute premium menus and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Collaborate with sales and client services to support suite holder satisfaction
