Director of Student Transition and Engagement
About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and support to help undergraduate students develop skills, behaviors, and habits that contribute to success in college. The Director of Student Transition and Engagement is responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Aspiring Eagles Academy summer bridge program and continued engagement and retention efforts of this student group. This position works to foster persistence and completion by actively supporting and engaging students within the Aspiring Eagles Academy program and other student populations within University College.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to help undergraduate students develop skills, behaviors, and habits that contribute to success in college.
- Responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Aspiring Eagles Academy summer bridge program and continued engagement and retention efforts of this student group.
