Responsibilities

  • Own JobNimbus’s manufacturer partnerships end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and results.
  • Build structured engagement programs across manufacturers, including executive alignment, field enablement, referrals, and co-marketing.
  • Develop and manage referral workflows in close partnership with Sales and Marketing to drive qualified pipeline and improve close rates.
  • Lead planning and execution for manufacturer events, roadshows, and contractor activations, with clear ROI measurement.
  • Travel regularly to manufacturer and partner events as a visible representative of JobNimbus, confidently presenting on stage to contractors, partner teams, and executives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturer stakeholders, building relationships across executive, regional, and field teams.
  • Partner with Marketing to launch and optimize co-branded campaigns and manufacturer-driven promotions.
  • Establish consistent reporting and visibility into manufacturer-driven referrals, pipeline influence, and MRR.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews, insights, and strategic recommendations for each manufacturer partner.
  • Continuously identify new manufacturer opportunities and expansion paths within existing accounts.
