WE BELIEVE IN THE TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF COMFORT Job Summary: Responsible for the performance of up to 100 stores in regards to the sales, margin and profit metrics. Leads a team of market sales managers, coaching and developing them to ensure they uphold the leadership attributes and values of the company. Determines the priorities and initiatives to drive growth and improve performance and holds store leadership accountable for results. Develops sales leadership and operations talent to support the stores and provide a pipeline for additional growth opportunities. Collaborates with colleagues cross functionally in merchandising, marketing, distribution, service, human resources and finance to build business plans to improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Supervisory/Leadership Experience
  • Proven track record of people development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on relationship building.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management.
  • Up to 60% Travel

Responsibilities

  • Leads a $175 to $350 million dollar business until including P&L management, budgeting, key business decisions, sales performance and cost controls.
  • Coaches and leads 4 to 10 direct reports who run business units of 7 to 15 stores in volumes up to $75 million in sales.
  • Builds strategic and tactical plans and processes to improve the overall results of the business.
  • Responsible for the talent in the stores through partnership with the HR team.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to the Retail Division leadership team and other corporate leaders on opportunities to improve the business.
  • Supports management of the Real Estate portfolio responsibilities including opening and closing stores, remodeling stores, and facilities upkeep.
  • Executes project management including special assignments and support of corporate strategic initiatives.
