Requirements

  • Active LVN/LPN license
  • Experience in long-term care and staff education
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and improving patient outcomes
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire staff through engaging training & education programs
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing in-services
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Plan and run emergency preparedness drills
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
  • Monitor quality of care through rounding and coaching
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to drive clinical excellence
