About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY The Director of East Alabama Medical Group Specialty Clinics will support the Mission, Vision, and Values as well as demonstrate the standards of code of conduct in all duties set fourth by EAH. As a strategic leader, the Director oversees and takes ownership of the clinical operations of the Specialty Clinic Medical Group. The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support to the physicians and the physician practices who practice under the governance of East Alabama Healthcare Authority. This position will provide leadership that formulates and support the achievement of strategic, operational and financial goals within the Medical Group as defined by EAH.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree-Health, Business or Nursing Administration
- 5 years-Leadership experience in practice management or relevant clinical operations
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree-Health, Business or Nursing Administration
- 8 years-Leadership experience with managing multiple providers in multi-site, multi-specialty environments
- FACHE-Fellow Academy of Healthcare Executives
