The U.S. Consumer Services and Membership Digital Experiences Technology team (USCDT) brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), marketing and advertising technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and dining technology. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments. The Marketing Transformation team is part of USCDT, employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer & marketer facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments. The Marketing Transformation team leads the technology strategy and engineering delivery of marketing activities, campaigns, and management of marketing assets. This position works closely with the Product and Business teams to craft, develop and support critical components and platforms for majority of Marketing products and services, that drive current and prospective customer acquisition and loyalty via multitude of channels. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, action-and-results oriented leader to lead this fast-evolving eco system. The ideal candidate is required to be accomplished in the development and deployment of complex software solutions using Adobe’s Workfront, AEM and AEP platform. The candidate should be able to come up with innovative solutions, have a pragmatic approach to application architecture, and be excited to work on a varied tech stack. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the Adobe platforms & connectivity with Enterprise systems. You are required to have a futuristic mindset, ability to question status quo and technologically advance the platforms. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, Scaled Agile environment and work with a team of engineers, product owners and several technology stakeholders. You should be familiar with modern software development methodologies and be able to dive deep and rapidly iterate on ideas despite ambiguity.
