About The Position

The Director of Social Services at Willow Tree Care Center will lead and oversee the social services department, ensuring the delivery of compassionate and quality care to our residents. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in social services, preferably in long-term care or healthcare settings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
Knowledge of local community resources and regulatory standards.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
