Requirements

Industry Expertise: 5 -8 years of sales leadership experience
Technical Acumen: Ability to suggest application solutions and navigate complex technical requirements.
Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, training, and scaling sales teams to exceed goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally 1 -2 days a month to engage with key accounts and attend industry trade shows.

Responsibilities

Build & Lead: Recruit, coach, and mentor a top -tier sales team, fostering a culture of competitive collaboration.
Strategic Growth: Develop territories, set quotas, and identify new opportunities within our core product capabilities
Relationship Management: Cultivate high -level partnerships with OEMs and subcontractors nationwide.
Process Excellence: Optimize sales workflows, provide accurate forecasting, and manage the annual sales budget.
Technical Synergy: Partner with internal product teams to strategize on pricing, lead times, and technical solutions.
