About The Position

Director of Sales – Pacific Northwest Description Position at FloForm Countertops Director of Sales – Pacific Northwest Auburn, WA | Regional Leadership Role Build the team. Drive the numbers. Own the outcome. With 16 branches and 9 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops completes over 60,000 installations each year. We’re a market leader—and we’re continuing to grow. We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead performance across five branches in the Pacific Northwest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, builds high-performing teams, and delivers consistent results.

Requirements

10+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven success leading multi-location teams
Strong understanding of Pacific Northwest markets
Willingness to travel regularly
Leadership style grounded in coaching, accountability, and results
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics

Nice To Haves

Experience in building materials, construction, or custom manufacturing (strong asset)

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth
Lead and execute sales strategy across multiple locations
Own regional performance and consistently exceed targets
Identify and capitalize on opportunities across residential, commercial, and retail channels
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
Manage and coach: Showroom Sales Consultants In-Home Sales Specialists Commercial / B2B Account Managers
Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Be in the Field
Travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest
Work directly with branch teams to elevate performance
Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Align Sales with Operations
Collaborate closely with manufacturing and operations teams
Ensure sales volume aligns with production capacity and profitability
Strengthen Key Accounts
Grow and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and retail partners
Represent FLOFORM as a trusted industry partner
Use Data to Win
Track KPIs, forecast accurately, and adjust strategy as needed
Leverage CRM tools and reporting to drive decision-making and results
