This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, with a preference for experience in Marriott hotels. The Director of Sales will lead the day-to-day Sales & Marketing Department to achieve property mission and goals, actively defining, refining, and continuously improving processes, systems, and performances to foster an environment of leadership, innovation, education, and growth for each team member.
