About The Position

The LivSmart Studios by Hilton West Valley City, Utah is hiring a Director of Sales to promote it's hotel through sales efforts, coordination of groups/events, networking, contracting and sales training. The position will have the opportunity to represent this new, all suite, extended stay hotel and work with other properties in the company's portfolio. Outside sales experience and the ability to be organized and self-motivated are essential. This full-time, salaried opportunity includes the following benefits: · Competitive total compensation between $65,000-$72,000 based on a $55,000-$65,000 base plus commissions, cash incentives and bonuses · Advancement opportunities with a growing, established company · Paid time off, including vacation and sick time · Discounts at Hilton and other properties managed by Wittwer Hospitality in locations like St. George, Moab and Cedar City. · Health Insurance, Telehealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance and other benefits available · 401K match and profit sharing · Semi-annual cash incentives (bonuses)

Requirements

  • Hotel Operations experience preferred
  • Excellent service and public relations skills
  • Self-motivated and Honest
  • Able to work at different locations throughout the week.
  • Genuinely creative
  • Works well with others (both guests and team)
  • Excellent communicator
  • Organized and willing to learn
  • Competent computer skills using sales software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, digital meetings and property management systems
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2-3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Flexible to job demands
  • Extended days while traveling or attending trade/travel shows may be necessary
