The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading, training, attracting, and inspiring agents daily. This role requires a blend of motivation, coaching, strategy, talent development, and accountability. You will conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, facilitate structured role-play scenarios, provide in-the-field support when necessary, and help agents enhance their performance across all aspects of the sales process. Crucially, you will also play a key role in attracting and recruiting talented agents to the firm, ensuring our continued growth with the right individuals.
