The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and strong leadership skills to inspire and lead a team Work in tandem with Director of Operations to optimize communication with sales, marketing, operations and Corporate Office to ensure appropriate information is shared. Manage administrative duties, such as operating within budget, following price and policy guidelines, minimizing deductions, etc. Display leadership and results driven ability with sales team members Display professionalism, presentation skills and high level client focus Maximize company's short- and long-term growth in sales volume, gross profit and industry position by effectively leading the implementation of the sales strategy with the National and Regional Divisions. Train, develop and lead the sales teams. Enhance sales teams' performance by analyzing sales and recommending needed changes. Participate in the maintenance of relationships and build trust with prospects and customers. Understand and strive to meet monthly revenue and margin objectives Participate in the development of operating goals and objectives for the unit; recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance operations. Assist in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitor expenditure. Analyze and appraise the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. Maintain and monitor records and reports; provide periodic sales performance metrics utilizing company customized business software. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
