We are currently seeking a Director of Sales to serve as the senior, results-driven sales leader whom will be responsible for driving group, SMERF, incentive, and international group business for The Oasis at Death Valley. This role is heavily focused on disciplined pipeline development, proactive outbound selling, consistent conversion, and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a role that requires both direct revenue responsibility and strong people leadership. Success in this position is defined by the ability to build, manage, and convert a deep, forward-looking pipeline across domestic and international markets. The role is based in Las Vegas, serving as a strategic sales hub for key feeder markets, with frequent travel to the Oasis at Death Valley required.
