About The Position

Trident Security Solutions is not a typical security provider. We deliver Tier 1 level support for organizations (CONUS & Global) that cannot afford a lapse in safety or operational continuity. We are looking for a sophisticated professional to lead our corporate business development as an individual contributor. This is a role for a strategic thinker who builds partnerships through technical competence and trust rather than high-pressure sales tactics. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take ownership of our growth within the corporate sector. Your objective is to identify and engage with businesses that require elite security solutions. This is a consultative position in which you serve as a subject-matter expert and advisor. You will have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline and the responsibility to represent the Trident brand with excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate sales, with a proven track record of success throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Significant experience leveraging CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and the end-to-end development of RFP submissions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with high efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Strong capability to analyze market data and performance metrics to solve complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrated judgment in making high-stakes business decisions with accuracy and foresight.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Superior attention to detail with advanced time management and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver's License is required.

  • Active Security Clearance is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate and government markets.
  • Manage the full engagement lifecycle from initial networking to final contract execution.
  • Lead the development of professional proposals and complex RFP submissions.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key corporate decision makers.
  • Provide market analysis and revenue projections to the executive leadership team.
