About The Position

Trident Security Solutions is not your average security company. We provide Tier 1 support to organizations (domestic and international) where operational disruption is simply not an option. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our corporate business development efforts as an individual contributor — someone who builds lasting partnerships through expertise and credibility rather than conventional sales pressure. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will take charge of driving growth within the corporate sector. Your focus will be identifying and engaging businesses that require premium security solutions. This is a consultative position where you function as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor, with full ownership of your pipeline and the autonomy to represent the Trident brand with distinction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in security, defense, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value contracts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with government procurement and RFP processes is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract finalization.
  • Craft compelling proposals and lead complex RFP processes.
  • Build and nurture enduring relationships with senior corporate decision-makers.
  • Deliver market intelligence and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
