As a private equity-backed company experiencing sustained growth, we're expanding our impact in the multi-family sector—scaling toward larger, more complex projects—and seeking a strategic sales leader to drive our next phase. About THIS OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Pre-Construction, the Director of Sales will lead our U.S. mainland sales organization as a working manager and team leader. This hands-on role requires personally driving a significant portion of sales while leading a small team of senior sales professionals (currently two direct reports). The team is targeted to achieve approximately $50M in sales for 2026, with the Director expected to personally contribute 35–45% of that total through active selling, deal leadership, and pipeline development. You'll foster a culture of consultative selling, technical solution expertise, and high-performance execution while leveraging technology and data to target opportunities effectively.
