Titan International (TWI) is searching for a Director of Sales in our Kent, WA location, supporting our Marastar division. The Director of Sales will drive growth and strengthen relationships across national retailers, regional distributors, OEM customers, and direct channels. This role ensures our product offerings align with customer needs while continually educating customers on new products and programs. The Director of Sales is also responsible for sales forecasting and achieving company sales targets. This role works in close collaboration with other leadership to ensure alignment between sales strategy, pricing, forecasting, inventory execution and new product development. This position is ideal for a hands-on, customer-first, sales professional who thrives in a small-business environment where collaboration, accountability, and execution matter.
