About The Position
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, N.P.P. Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Dual Sales Manager to support a Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Clarksville, TN. This role is responsible for driving revenue through local negotiated corporate accounts, group business, and community relationships.
Requirements
- Prior hospitality sales experience required
- Proven success with local negotiated rate production
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Nice To Haves
- Marriott brand experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively solicit and secure local negotiated rate (LNR) accounts with a strong focus on production and retention
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and key community partners
- Grow corporate, group, and extended stay business for both hotels
- Conduct sales calls, site tours, and networking activities
- Manage accounts, contracts, and production tracking
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue goals.
