The Director of Sales for Elixir EHR is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market sales strategy, leading and developing a team of 2 Account Executives, and establishing robust sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics. This role involves coaching and mentoring AEs on healthcare-specific selling, deal strategy, and closing execution. The Director will carry an individual quota of 20 new logos and own a team quota of 60 new logos and $2M in new ARR, driving predictable pipeline generation and consistent revenue growth while maintaining accurate forecasts for executive leadership. Key responsibilities also include direct selling to healthcare decision-makers, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and positioning the value of a Salesforce-native EHR platform. The Director will represent Elixir EHR at industry events, provide market insights to product and leadership teams, and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and contribute to pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning strategies.
