This role partners closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing, distribution, and demand generation, ensuring alignment with budget, forecast, and targeted business mix. The Director of Sales plays a key role in positioning the hotel within the local market, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent commercial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality sales experience, operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share.
