Paraco is a third-generation, family-owned energy company operating across the Northeast. We are entering our next phase of strategic growth — expanding market share, integrating acquisitions, modernizing our go-to-market strategy, and strengthening customer retention across residential and commercial markets. We are seeking a Director of Sales to build, scale, and lead a high-performance sales organization that drives profitable, disciplined growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a transformation and leadership opportunity. You will architect and execute the sales strategy across multiple states — modernizing compensation structures, strengthening accountability, aligning marketing with revenue operations, and positioning Paraco as the premier propane provider in our markets. This role requires a leader who can seamlessly pivot between strategy and execution. You will operate at the Executive Leadership Team level, shaping company-wide direction and influencing enterprise strategy — while also being highly visible in the field, coaching sales representatives, driving performance standards, and leading from the front. You will not lead from behind a desk. You will be in the field, alongside the sales team, translating strategy into action and ensuring disciplined execution.
