Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and catering team to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and increase market share.
  • Manage the hotel's brand identity as well as programming and activations.
