Our mission is to empower our clients to "Live Long" by providing top-notch assisted stretching and wellness services. 💼 Position: Director of Sales As the Director of Sales, you will be a key driver in achieving our revenue goals and expanding our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all General Managers across our locations, providing strategic direction and support. You’ll lead and mentor our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective strategies to maximize membership growth and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
• High work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Oversee all General Managers, providing guidance and support through weekly one-on-one meetings.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and drive membership sales through various channels.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs and materials.
• Manage and support the growth of our sales team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
