About The Position

You will step into an executive-level Director of Sales role with clear ownership to architect, lead, and scale a multi-market in-home sales organization through its next phase of growth. Founded in 2019, Bath & Cabinet Experts has grown to $51M in revenue by 2025, operating across 10 markets and 8 locations. In 2025, we expanded our platform with the launch of Cabinet Experts, adding a cabinet refacing vertical and creating significant new growth opportunities across the sales organization. This role is built for a seasoned in-home / home improvement sales leader who wants real ownership — someone who can scale performance, strengthen leadership depth, and drive execution consistency across markets without losing culture, urgency, or accountability. You will inherit a strong, proven in-home sales engine — and be responsible for elevating it to the next level.

Requirements

  • Proven multi-market sales leadership experience, with full revenue accountability and direct leadership of sales managers
  • Demonstrated success scaling in-home, consultative, or home improvement sales organizations
  • Ability to build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing management layer
  • Strong command of sales analytics, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management
  • Comfort owning outcomes in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Leadership mindset grounded in coaching, accountability, and long-term team development

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the company’s in-home sales strategy across all markets
  • Drive consistent execution of our consultative, one-call-close sales model
  • Set standards for pricing discipline, close rates, revenue per lead, and average order value
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth planning, new market readiness, and capacity planning
  • Directly lead Sales Managers and the Sales Training Manager across all markets
  • Set clear performance expectations, coaching rhythms, and leadership development standards
  • Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze KPIs and behavioral metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Ensure strong CRM adoption, sales technology usage, and data integrity
  • Maintain oversight of close rates, revenue per lead, average order value, and rep productivity
  • Partner with Marketing on lead flow forecasting and field readiness
  • Align with Operations on capacity planning and customer experience execution
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and L&D on sales talent strategy, onboarding, and development
