Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the New York market & Tri State Area.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve property revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and partners to maximize group, corporate, and leisure business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that enhance visibility and occupancy.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
