The Director of Sales is responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM's core value of the Golden Rule by treating others, including residents, families, and associates, in the same way we would like to be treated. This role is accountable for the organization, planning, and development of all functions and programs of the sales department with minimal supervision and guidance from the executive director. The Director of Sales will also prepare and implement the quality action plan with approval from the chief marketing officer, conduct community tours, and manage prospect inquiries and sales calls.
