The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for our Insurance and Security business unit by aligning sales resources and activities with the appropriate market segments. They will lead a team of account executives to expand the footprint of existing B2B accounts while acquiring new customers. They will also research new routes to market in order to maximize coverage and gain market shares in under-represented segments. We’re looking for a self-starter, an individual who will be able to implement a multi-faceted approach to the market while implementing the adequate processes and sales discipline and driving the right behaviors. The ideal candidate has experience working in a B2B sales environment and has demonstrable success in building high-performance go-to-market teams.
