Job Summary & Responsibilities Onto Innovation’s Customer Success Group is looking for an Innovation Sales Director for the company’s Customer Success Group. Our Customer Success Group adopts a customer-first mindset. A successful candidate for the role will be a passionate, customer-oriented, experienced sales professional that can effectively drive the BU’s strategic growth and operational initiatives with the regional teams. This role reports into the SVP of Customer Success Group at Onto Innovation and requires successful collaborative relationships with cross-functional areas including Marketing, Applications, Manufacturing, Finance and Service organizations. Roles and Responsibilities: Leadership -Closely partner with HQ teams and the regional GMs to execute on a strategy toward comprehensive multi-year revenue growth leveraging Onto’s process solutions. -Nurture long-term customer executive relationships with a focus on regional accounts - Drive revenue and share through strategic collaborations, technical engagements, and operations excellence. -Enable effective communication, serving as critical interface between HQ and field in a highly matrixed environment. Growth Driver and Operational Excellence -Forecast and delivery to quarterly and annual sales objectives. -Responsible for implementing an effective funnel process to prospect and nurture regional account sales opportunities to maximize business volume, win customer selections and drive follow-on product adoption. -Assist in overall sales contracts and commercial negotiations globally. -Key driver in S&OP process – responsible for maintaining a 4-quarter forecast, providing key inputs into build plan and slotting process. -Understand customer inflections and collaborate with marketing and key partners to develop go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Qualifications -10+ years in semiconductor capital equipment business -Experienced in technical sales or marketing – process control and/or advanced packaging preferred -Both broad and deep experience creating and implementing new processes or improving existing processes that drive revenue generation -Detailed understanding and application of sales funnel analytics and financial metrics -Demonstration of effective cross-functional team collaboration and partnership with ability to create performance metrics to focus a global team -Extensive travel is required for this role Why Join Onto Innovation? Compensation & Growth • Base Salary Range: $162,800.00 - $244,200.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
