Through extreme ownership of the full sales cycle from leading contact strategy through enrollment quality and downstream service success. This leader will balance aggressive growth targets with disciplined customer acquisition economics, operational rigor, compliance and tight coordination with Operations and Client Services to ensure long-term portfolio performance. This role is equal parts revenue leader, operator, and financial steward.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in regulated, high-consideration environments (financial services, debt relief, lending, insurance, or similar)
  • Proven experience managing managers and scaling sales teams
  • Strong command of KPI-driven performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to balance accountability, coaching, and compliance
  • High integrity and sound judgment in consumer-impacting decisions
  • Strategic leadership: balancing aggressive growth targets with long‑term portfolio performance 
  • Financial acumen: owning budgets, forecasts, and unit economics 
  • Operational rigor: designing scalable, repeatable sales systems and performance management disciplines 
  • Data‑driven decision making: using funnel, cohort, and post‑enrollment metrics to guide action 
  • People leadership: building, coaching, and scaling high‑performance sales leaders and teams 
  • Cross‑functional influence: aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes and accountability 
  • Ethical selling & accountability: embedding quality, compliance, and customer fit into incentives and culture
