The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable enrollment growth in a debt settlement environment. Through extreme ownership of the full sales cycle from leading contact strategy through enrollment quality and downstream service success. This leader will balance aggressive growth targets with disciplined customer acquisition economics, operational rigor, compliance and tight coordination with Operations and Client Services to ensure long-term portfolio performance. This role is equal parts revenue leader, operator, and financial steward.
