While the Zone Director owns the overall sales strategy and performance of the zone, the Inside Sales Manager is there as an additional senior support to the Zone team with particular expertise is “virtual sales” tools, capabilities and programs. They are there to provide guidance and development to the ISRs and AMs, and to support the Zone Director by leading the day-to-day management and development of the Inside Sales / Account Management team.
