The North America West Region Sales Leader will be an integral part of the Genetic Sciences leadership team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial, North America. This individual will lead all aspects of a multi-functional team of managers across the Western US and will work collaboratively with various commercial, marketing, R&D and functional leaders to achieve annual sales plans. This sales leader will be involved in developing and operationalizing the annual sales strategy for our sample pre, qPCR/dPCR, Sequencing and Microarray products in the assigned region. They will work closely with the East Region, Inside Sales, Clinical Sales, and Technical Sales Specialist leaders to ensure strategic alignment and consistency in implementation and execution. Additional alignment with key stakeholders in both regional market development and division leadership to effectively collaborate on adjusting plans and go to market strategies in line with achieving the division’s overall business plans in a dynamic environment will be critical.
