We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Sales & Partnerships to drive our growth across affiliate/influencer marketing, B2B sales, and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, is passionate about making a direct impact on revenue and brand presence, and is motivated by collaborative, goal-oriented work.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven success in managing influencer/affiliate programs and B2B pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ecommerce and operations workflows
  • Background in consumer products, PPE, health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience with Go High Level
  • Based in, or within driving distance of, Evansville, IN
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Industry-related experience (PPE, safety equipment, e-commerce retail)

Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales & Outreach Identify and develop relationships with key wholesale customers and strategic partners.
  • Build, own, and scale the B2B sales process from the ground up, manage a sales pipeline, pitch offerings, and close new opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships Lead outreach, onboarding, and performance management of affiliate and influencer partners.
  • Build strong relationships and optimize campaigns to grow awareness and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, finance, leadership) to align partnership and sales efforts with broader company goals.
  • Customer Support & Experience Oversee and support a small customer service operations team to ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution as needed, help improve support workflows and documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance overall service quality.
  • Special Projects & Growth Initiatives Take on high-priority projects that support business growth, streamline operations, or drive innovation.
