The Director of Sales Operations at Millennium Broadband Solutions will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. This leadership position involves strategic oversight of sales operations, driving data-informed decisions, continuous process improvement, leading key initiatives, optimizing sales tools (including CRM systems), and providing strategic insights to boost overall sales and marketing performance. Focus areas include leading key initiatives and projects aimed at improving sales productivity, streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes, implementing and managing sales enablement and automation tools, analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing teams, and enhancing internal communication and change management strategies that involve the sales organization.
