As we continue our strategic expansion, we are launching a Philadelphia market and seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead it. This role offers full market ownership, meaningful leadership responsibility, and the backing of a proven national platform. The Director of Sales Operations will play a critical role in building regional presence, scaling revenue, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for opening and leading a new market, setting the commercial strategy, and building a team of Account Executives who execute at a high level.
