About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations who will serve as a strategic and hands on leader responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and performance across the sales organization. This role is first and foremost an operational leader focused on optimizing the sales process, building systems that remove friction, and embedding AI driven processes that accelerate revenue growth. You will partner closely with executive leadership to design and execute a high- performance operating model. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, highly systems oriented, and experienced in transforming sales processes through automation, data, and intelligent tooling.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of improving sales efficiency and scaling processes in a high growth environment
  • Strong experience implementing and leveraging AI and automation in sales workflows
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks
  • Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process from lead intake through close and expansion
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps, then implement scalable solutions that increase speed and conversion
  • Build and enforce standardized workflows that drive consistency across the sales team
  • Create operational rigor through forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Lead the integration of AI into the sales process to increase productivity and decision-making quality
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools that enhance prospecting, qualification, forecasting, and customer engagement
  • Own the sales tech stack including CRM, sales engagement tools, and analyticsplatforms
  • Ensure systems are clean, integrated, and aligned with business needs
  • Design dashboards and reporting that provide clear, actionable insights
  • Manage partner relationships and evaluate new technologies as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, andrevenue drivers
  • Translate data into insights that inform strategy and execution
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across the sales organization
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment across the revenue engine
  • Support go to market planning and execution
  • Drive communication and accountability across teams
