This role is remote with a preference for someone based on the East Coast or Ohio We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Enablement to function as a cross-functional leader responsible for building the systems, tools, data, and processes that power our business development engine. This position serves as a strategic partner to field leadership, wearing many hats to ensure teams are well trained, properly enabled, informed, and fully activated to drive referral growth. This role owns reporting/analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation. You will sit on the Growth Leadership Team alongside Regional VPs and work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
