We’re seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to lead, structure, and accelerate growth across environmental testing services, including water, wastewater, soil, groundwater, and air analysis. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building and scaling a high-performing sales team, and expanding SPL’s presence across environmental testing markets. You will lead and develop a dynamic team, own go-to-market execution, and play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth. You will operate at both a strategic and execution level to identify high-value opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, and build the structure, discipline, and accountability needed to win in a highly regulated, compliance driven industry.
