Founded by a Stanford Professor in 2016, Matroid has raised $33.5 million in funding, and the product has been successfully used in a range of manufacturing, security, and industrial IoT applications. As Director of Sales, you will lead and scale Matroid’s Enterprise vertical revenue strategy. You will own the growth, execution, and performance of enterprise sales initiatives across key manufacturing accounts while building and mentoring a high-performing sales organization. You will serve as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts, develop industry-specific sales plays, and drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, engineering, and customer success to accelerate revenue growth. This role blends strategic leadership, enterprise sales execution, and operational rigor. You will manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles while building scalable, repeatable processes. You will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in shaping Matroid’s long-term go-to-market strategy in Enterprise.
