OVERVIEW: The Director of Sales – Core Non‑Endemics will lead and grow DICK’S Sporting Goods core non‑endemic advertising business across the Retail Media Network. This role is responsible for setting strategy, driving revenue, building strong agency and brand relationships, and leading a high‑performing sales team. This is a highly visible leadership role that blends strategic planning, executive‑level selling, and team development. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, product, and analytics while helping advertisers unlock value through integrated, data‑driven media solutions.
