We’re hiring a Director of Sales, Brand & Agency to lead our team of sellers responsible for driving revenue in one of Swayable’s highest-velocity customer segments. This leader will own forecasting rigor, team performance, and the playbooks that enable sellers to consistently deliver against targets. The role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and CS to shape how Swayable is positioned in the market. This role reports to the VP of Sales and is based in our New York City hub (hybrid). The Director of Sales will join key customer meetings to support deal strategy, solution design, and narrative framing — helping the team advance and close business through coaching, frameworks, and operational discipline.
