What you get to do in this role: You will take the reins of a high-tenured, fully-staffed team of Sales Executives to drive strategic expansion within our most prestigious Financial Services accounts. This is not a "build" role; it is an "acceleration" role focused on deepening our footprint within Tier-1 banks. Lead a Strategic Growth Motion: Drive rapid expansion and upsell within an existing book of business, shifting the focus from core IT solutions to Line of Business (LOB) growth. Champion Agentic AI: Lead the "Art of the Possible" conversations, showing customers how to layer our AI capabilities on top of existing solutions to transform their business operations. Active Field Leadership: We believe in hands on customer facing leadership. You will be in the field with your senior field account executives mentoring them through complex deal cycles and helping them challenge customers to grow. Master the Matrix: Navigate a complex, matrixed organization to align Solution Consulting, Business Units, and the Partner community toward a unified account strategy. Operational Excellence: Maintain a rigorous cadence around pipeline generation and progression, ensuring a "Growth Mindset". Strategic Territory Planning: Provide leadership to the team to enhance relationships at the C-level (specifically within Banking) to uncover "white space" across our breadth of product portfolios – Eg in Security, HR, and CSM workflows.
